[Telepathy] tp-python server example/template

hello.

i made a minimal tp-python ConnectionManager (a "protocol server", i
guess) example and mini-tutorial.  you can find it here:

(and in the post after that one).

could someone have a look and see if it's useful/broken/misleading?  i'd
like to get it good enough so you'd like to link to it from your docs.

i saw in last month's ML archive a conversation here:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/telepathy/2011-June/005564.html

where it sounds like tp-python is not the preferred approach anymore, so
i'd be interested in translating my example code to the new preferred
way too.
