At first glance neither of these looks controversial (although I'm not
really a tp-qt4 developer) so perhaps someone will just apply them; but
if you don't get a response within a few days, our preferred patch tracking
system is a bug against Telepathy/tp-qt4 on bugs.freedesktop.org, with the
patch keyword (and enhancement severity, if it's a non-bug request like these).
That way they won't get lost.

I'll ping some tp-qt4 developers on IRC and see if they can have a look.
