I don't think we should update telepathy-python anymore. That would be
sending a false signal that it is still usable.

I know it sucks that our telepathy-glib API is not introspectable and
that telepathy-python is broken beyond repair, but that's the reality.
You should *really* consider writing your CM using telepathy-glib C API.
