OK, thanks for the warning.

The proxies we have above were taken from a list of "public jabber
servers", however I guess there's a slight difference between a public
jabber server and abusing their proxy server they also have. We do not
have explicit permission.

As an alternate suggestion, if I rented a super cheap server in a
datacentre and installed prosody would you be happy to add that?
