Is the telepathy-rakia or telepathy-sofiasip package on your system?

  dpkg -l | egrep 'telepathy-(sofia|rakia)'

If so, purge them:

  dpkg --purge telepathy-rakia
  dpkg --purge telepathy-sofiasip
