[Uim] We need a bug fix release

Hi,

I'm waiting for uim-0.4.6 (including uim-pref), but it will take three months or longer.
We need a bug fix release (uim-0.4.5.1). Will you release it?

uim-0.4.5 has these bugs:
1. im-switcher opens unknown file

=> not fixed yet

2. uim-xim choose uim-default

=> Kato-san and YamaKen-san fixed it.

3. Current XIM apps will freeze  after you run uim-xim
