[Uim] We need a bug fix release

No, uim 0.4.6 will not take take three months. I hope we can release
0.4.6 until the end of this year.

I agree with you, we need a bug fix release. But unfortunatelly I don't
have enough time to maintain two branches for now. If someone have a
will to maintain stable branch, please contact to me.

Fixed in rev42 of new repository. Please check and close the bug. (I
updated http://freedesktop.org/~tkng/uim-trunk.tar.gz by hand)

 (Note: rev42 will be rev1692 of newer repository. Now Yamaken is
working to recover old repository).

I think Kazuki implemented that to UimQt, which is not merged into uim.
