[Uim] Cut/Paste problems with UIM under KDE

I'm guessing you're using uim-xim.

I've had problems with uim-xim as well.. related to some applications
refusing to recieve input. I can't really narrow it down either.. seems
to be some kind of timing bug. Its hard to say sometimes especially
because uim-xim doesn't have its own status window, and the uim-helper
applet doesn't seem to be up to date always.
