[Uim] Cut/Paste problems with UIM under KDE

It seems that uim-helper-server doesn't work. It's used for
communication between applications and a helper applet. But, ordinary
it's execed automatically, user doesn't have to care about it...

$ which uim-helper-server return the path of uim-helper-server?


e.g. following is the result of my pc.

$which uim-helper-server
/usr/local/bin/uim-helper-server
