[Uim] Cut/Paste problems with UIM under KDE

It seems that uim-helper-server was installed correctly. Following step
will help you.

1. Exec uim-helper-server from terminal emulator

2. Click tha hepler-applet (Because the applet checks connection to
   helper-server when it's clicked.)

3. Focus an application which using uim. e.g. gedit, mozilla, and so on.
   (Because application checks connection to helper-server when it's
    focused.)

If it's ineffective, there is nothing I can do...
