[Uim] National keyboard support for immodule for Qt

Hi folks,

I'm now brushing up the immodule for Qt to provide good IM
support to official Qt release.

I'm adding national keyboard support to Qt by importing keycodes
from keysymdef.h of the X, but I'm not sure whether imported
keycodes are sufficient or not. Please help.

The imported keycodes are following. Mode_switch, Multi_key and
Japanese keys are certainly required, but I can't ensure hangul
and other national keyboards. Please let me know.
