[Uim] 0.4 branch

Hi commiters,

A little while ago, branches/0.4 branch was created to maintain stable
branch. If you commit a bug fix that could be applied for this branch
to trunk, then you should commit the bug fix also to stable branch. But
if the diff was too big, please ask this ML before committing.

0.4 branch will be maintained until 0.6.0 release.
