Thanks! But what about the XMODIFIERS variable? Should it be something 
like ||XMODIFIERS=@im=uim ? I'm still trying to keep my howto updated, 
but I'm actually on Windows XP at the moment, so unfortunately I can't 
test the settings myself. And as usual, the XIM setup is creating a huge 
mess. I wish they'd scrap XIM in the next release of XFree86... :)
