[Uim] lazy-loading

Hi Yamaken,

I have a few problem with latest svn version of uim about custom 
facility.


First, it seems only global section of user preference 
(~/.uim.d/custom-global.scm" is loaded with uim-pref-gtk.  Other 
setting is not loaded and default values are shown in preference pane.  
Maybe this is related to lazy-loading?  But it seems applications with 
gtk immodule and uim-xim work well with reading ~/.uim.d/custom-*.scm.

Second, while quitting uim-pref-gtk, it shows an error message (maybe 
Mac OS X specific feature) about some problems on free().

*** malloc[2991]: Deallocation of a pointer not malloced: 0x13122f0; 
This could be a double free(), or free() called with the middle of an 
allocated block; Try setting environment variable MallocHelp to see 
tools to help debug

Invoking example/uim-custom/uim-custom-dump also causes this same error 
message.  This problem has been occurrd just after implementation of 
lazy-loading.  Do you have any clue?
