[Uim] Elimination of uim-dict

Hi,

I have to apologize about uim-dict. uim-dict was not appropriate for
uim. uim-dict is only word learning/editing tool for Anthy. Maybe it
will extend, but it is hard to imagine for me that uim-dict is
processing none-Japanese words.

So I decided that I will remove uim-dict from trunk. Maybe it should go
back into sumika. But now I don't decide details yet.

Any objection is welcome.
