[Uim] Vastly extended romaja.scm

Hello!

I just made an update to romaja.scm, so that it includes most of the
precomposed Hangeul syllables available in Unicode. It excludes a few
historical Jamo like the Araea, but it's generated by a script, so those
could be added once we find some suitable romanizations.

The file is not checked for errors by... Well, anyone, and the beginning
letter of each syllable is no longer capitalized, since it's  no longer
necessary now that romaja.scm uses the same rules as hangul.scm.
