Hi all.

We Tomoe project released uim-tomoe-gtk-0.3.0.
Tomoe is a handwriting recognition engine.

The focused point of this release is the registering feature.
You can add new characters into Tomoe dictionary from GUI.
Currently only Japanese dictionary is exist, but you can add other
language's characters by using this feature. 

Please see the UTUMI Hirosi's document to know how to add new
characters.
