[virglrenderer-devel] Please update the CI config in your virglrenderer fdo forks

tl;dr: 

Please switch the CI config 

virgl -> virglrenderer -> CI/CD Settings
  CI/CD configuration file: 

to plain ".gitlab-ci.yml". 

Long version: 

thanks to Christinas hard work the virglrenderer CI has now been
converted to be based on the Mesa CI docker setup, so that a lot of 
stuff is shared between the two. 

In order to make both CI even more similar, the file ".gitlab-ci.yml"
is now located in the root directory, and not like before in the
directory ci/. So far there was still a link so that with the old
configuration the jobs would be run too, but now Christian is about to
submit an MR to remove the old stuff, and hence, you should update the
config in your virglrenderer forks to search for ".gitlab-ci.yml" in
the project root directory.
