[virglrenderer-devel] Marge is now responsible for merging

Dear all, 

we've flipped the switch and as of now the Marge-bot is responsible for
merging MRs. So just like in Mesa, once an MR is reviewed assign it to
Marge and she will take care of rebasing and merging. 

Members of the virglrenderer team that are also Maintainers can bypass
this, but please avoid doing so. 

Please contact me if problems should arise.
