fwiw, there's a patch on the list that significantly improves slow mouse
behaviour now. and 0.17 already had some other fixes to accommodate for
ultra-slow mouse motion.

So far that only affects slow motions, I haven't looked at faster motions yet.


One question though: do you notice a difference between touchpad and mouse? or
do they suffer from the same issues?
