I do notice a difference between the touchpad and mouse, yes. The issue is
extremely noticeable with the touchpad, in which acceleration and precision is
crucial. With a mouse, I find myself overshooting and undershooting in much the
same way, but I am able to compensate for it a bit better.

That being said, in neither circumstance to I feel comfortable with the cursor
as it stands now. I have not tried libinput 0.17 yet, though.
