Wayland suspended app bug report

Hi.

I don't know where else to report this

I noticed that whenever a Wayland client process is suspended, and then
resumed, the client hangs, and uses up an entire CPU core.

If its an inactive window, and you try to activate it while its frozen, and
then click on another window, and resume it, it turns to the active color, and
then hangs. It seems that it loses sync with events, as it picks up that it
was once activated, even when it is no longer.

This happens most of the time a wayland cleint is suspended, including the qt
one.
