[PATCH wayland] wayland-cursor: add an option that changes the cursor theme directory

Can I get the base files on which this patches needs to be applied?

I understand that this patch needs to be added on top of libwayland-cursor that is still under progress. Please provide me the latest of this libwayland-cursor code on which I need to apply this patch.
