Jack,

The last Wayland/Weston version we (EMGD on TNC) supported was 1.0.1 and Clone/Extended mode is not possible on Weston without modifying the source.

Sorry, I meant, can you reproduce this issue with the master branch git versions of libwayland and weston, or are they somehow incompatible with the rest of the system you have? That's a pretty old Weston, can't you at least use the 1.0.4 releases of both? 1.0 series could get bug fixes still.
