the error messages above are known issues and are related to the lack of 
off-screen rendering support. But that's an on going effort that Kalyan 
is tackling and should be fixed soon:

in fact we recommend developers build it instead, so the target binary 
will end up with the debugging symbols that ease to track problems like 
why a particular issue is not working.
