what are you actually trying to ask?

Many people test both Wayland and Weston on x86_64 every day. I'd be
surprised if Weston had any bugs with respect to 64-bit. There is
nothing architecture specific in Wayland or Weston AFAIK.

Your vendor's graphics libraries are a completely different
question, though.
