[ANNOUNCE] wayland 1.7.91

Here's the alpha release as we saunter towards 1.8.0.

This release adds a new scanner option --include-core-only, and adds new
headers wayland-client-core.h and wayland-server-core.h, to avoid
dependency on the generated protocol headers.  This makes life a bit
easier for language bindings and other libwayland users that generate
their own protocol code from newer wayland.xml files.

The schedule going forward looks like:

 - A week and a half to stabilize alpha and get bug fixes and other
   minor features merged in

 - RC1 (1.7.92) on Friday, May 15th

 - RC2 (1.7.93) on Friday, May 22nd

 - 1.8.0 on Friday, May 29th
