[ANNOUNCE] wayland 1.7.93

Wayland 1.8 RC2 brings one change since RC1, a unit test case to
accompany the new core headers feature.

This core header feature, added previously this release cycle, is a new
scanner option --include-core-only, which creates new headers
wayland-client-core.h and wayland-server-core.h to avoid dependency on
the generated protocol headers.  This makes life a bit easier for
language bindings and other libwayland users that generate their own
protocol code from newer wayland.xml files.

We delayed the RC2 release due to a blocker issue in Weston; see the
Weston changelog for details on that.  Barring any unforeseen issues
we'll continue with the planned 1.8.0 release date this coming Friday.
