From: Markus Ongyerth <wl at ongy.net>

This is a v2 of a rather old patch series I more or less forgot about [1].

The previous version of patch 1 is [2]
The patch 2 and 3 are based on are: [3]

Patch 1 should still be quite straight forward.
Patch 2 is the well received part of the previous Patch 2.

Patch 3 on the other hand is probably more controversial.
It's the not-so-well received part of the previous Patch 2, worked out properly
and supplied with reasoning why I think that the changes are necessary.

I would have prefered to submit #3 independent of the other two, since 1 and 2
should not be held up for problems on the third one, but it changes the same
sections as Patch2, so I can't do that.

Markus Ongyerth (3):
xdg-shell: move maximized state definition together
xdg-shell: Make sure wording reflects expectations
xdg-shell: Give compositor control over configure
