simple-dmabuf-drm: support DRM_FORMAT_LINEAR for NV12

This makes things testable on non freedreno as well. E.g. intel supports it.

Changes from v1:

* don't forget to set modifier in dmabuf_modifiers
* give an idea how the image should look like
