[Xcb] Progress is being Made!

I moved over the stuff from the xcb home page to the twiki last week. Do
you guys think that we can notify people via twiki that we have
undertaken one of the tasks so we don't duplicate each others'
work? Also, Bart, is the new rearrangement of the source code
(Cool, Andrew) available yet? I've been sucked into work full time at
least temporarily, but I'm hoping to finish off at least the basic tasks
up there sometime relatively soon. They don't look that bad.
