[Xcb] re-org of xcb-demo module wanted

I'm finally autotooling the xcb-demo module, and re-discovering that the
usual autofoo thing of putting source in subdirectories is just a pain.
Of course, moving things around with CVS is a pain too; I can rearrange
the insides of the repository easily enough, but it'll be a mess for
anyone who has a working copy, especially if they have uncommitted
changes.=20

So I plan to move all demo sources into the top-level directory of the
xcb-demo module, removing the subdirectories in the process. If that
affects you, please get back to me soon... Thanks!
