[Xcb] libX11 release

*Start* coding, you mean. We're not moving forward that I can tell. I've been
puzzling over _XGetXCBBuffer for a while now, but I can't figure out its contract,
nor how to quickly test 32-bit xid wraparound.

I'm not very qualified to work on the xlib or xcb internals, so I'll front the sushi or
whatever if we get together to work on this within the next week. Is that incentive
enough?

I'm free evenings and weekends. Josh and Bart (and whoever else wants to help...
er... eat FREE FOOD!), please respond with times you are free over the next week.

Ian
