[Xcb] XKB once again ... i give up

Hi Ian,

I have attached the XKB xml description. It has a few new elements 
which need the new python generator:

    git clone git://htom.de/libxcb.

Something completely different: Are you still interested in the 
cairo-xcb stuff? I saw that the cairo xlib surface splits long runs 
of glyphs into chunks (240 glyhs or whatever the limit was) which are 
then fed to xrender.

We could do the same in your stream-code in xcb-util or we could do it 
in cairo. I can help there, but maybe you have some patches already?
