[Xcb] Documentation of xml files

I am writing bindings to xcb and I cannot find any documentation of 
extension specification files(what tag means what).
I try to find it out by observing c-client.xsl, but I don't really 
understood cross-extensions references.

1. Where is documentation of those files?
2. How the cross-extensions are made (ie. xproto:WINDOW)?
