Well, that's possible: I used git log to grab informations, but this
may not be totally accurate. Nothing says neither that the commiter is
the author of the file anyway.

You better know than me, and I think you should amend some of the
patches with what you know and I don't.
If you want, I even can reformat patches with information you furnish.
