[Xcb] Fwd: xcb win32 port

I got this mail directly from someone interested in the Win32 port of 
XCB.....have replied to him and sent across the patches and the dll and I've 
asked him to post his feedback to the list....hopefully this will help the 
port going up into the main tree soon (or bringing to notice any work 
required on it)
