Okay, I'll double-check and merge the branch today.

Hmm? <enum name="SubPixel"> appears in my copy of render.xml, going back
to at least 2006.

Or did you mean randr? You are right. randr appears to be missing an
<import>render</import> line. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll squash
in that line before I merge my branch.
