When the time on the client is stepped backwards, an X11 connection will hang
and eventually time out. Before timing out, windows displayed on the server are
not refreshed any more.

libxcb-1.4 on FreeBSD 7.2

latest ports tree on FreeBSD 7.2

timed out programs were xload and xterm
