I shouldn't have said "entirely" - the new annotations are also
potentially useful for xscope-like applications. Once the annotations
are also present in the extensions, I intend to update
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2981 to make use
of them, for example.
