[Xcb] Performance issues with remote X applications

Hi guys,

In Ubuntu we've been getting reports of performance issues that have
been traced to libxcb.  The bug has been reported upstream here:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17868

The issue affects not just Java applications but also Firefox when using
xulrunner remotely.

The easiest way to reproduce this bug is to have a X server accepting
remote connections then start firefox from another computer using 
DISPLAY=<ip>:0
