[Xcb] Proposal: Link fields to enums in the protocol XML files

My Cunning Plan is to eventually make those part of the enum itself. If
the type is known, an equivalent to (most of) xcb/util/aux can be
automatically generated, even for languages where you want to keep
ATOMs, PIXMAPs, and CARD32s distinct.

First, I want to get all the extensions annotated with enum/mask.
