[Xcb] enum_t types going away

In order to survive the altenum updates to xcb/proto, libxcb will no
longer generate *_t typedefs for enums.
Don't panic! libxcb still generates the constants you know and love.
This is not an ABI change. I only mention it here because, strictly
speaking, this is an API change (although not one that affects any of
the libxcb functions, just the libxcb headers). Chances are, nobody even
uses those typedefs.
If anyone will miss the presence of enum _t typedefs, please speak up now.
Thank you,
Peter Harris
