[Xcb] About next release of xcb/util

I'm  actually thinking  about creating  a  library for  each instead  of
creating an xcb-util which contains aux, atom and event. So, there would
be  xcb-util-atom, xcb-util-event...  Because we  might want  to release
them separately. What do you think?
