[Xcb] XCB documentation effort status + TODO

I updated doc/.

Also done. xmllint now does not complain anymore :).

The following items remain:
1) Document the reply datastructure fields
2) Document the reply values for functions (checked vs. unchecked)
3) Add a generic manpage for examples/replies/other API specific things.
4) Cleanup the generator code in c_client.py

I expect to tackle at least 2 and 3 this weekend. I guess it’ll be another week
until I am at the point where I would love to see my work merged.
