[Xcb] XCB documentation effort status + TODO

Hi,

Excerpts from Michael Stapelberg's message of 2011-12-08 23:07:46 +0000:

Both are done now. The github repositories are up-to-date.

The following items remain:
1) Document the reply datastructure fields
2) Cleanup the generator code in c_client.py
