The previously posted manual was generated from XCB 1.2 in 2009.
A tragic accident today lost that copy of the manual, so I've uploaded a new
copy generated today from XCB 1.9ish (current git master actually, but I don't
think any API has changed since 1.9).

Unfortunately, that means these previously reported links no longer take us
to where the broken links previously were, but the new docs seem less broken,
and certainly less stale.

Marking "FIXED" for lack of a better way to describe the resolution.
