[Xcb] Bug#758588: Please consider provinding a backport for Wheezy or allowing me to do so

Hi! In order to provide Qt5 as a Wheezy backport I need to backport libxcb.
I have already done so locally so I know it's straitghforward.

Of course it would also help if you green light me to do it myself, feel free
to point me if I need to get in contact with you first.
