[Xcb] New release of xcb ?

Hi Olivier and Uli,

@Olivier: Thanks for doing this. Your testing method looks good to me.

I'll review it on the weekend.

@Uli shall it be merged in the official repo before making the release? (My guess is "yes")
If so, I'll push it to the official repo after the reviews.
BTW, Thank you for offering to make the release. I'll make the next release after this one...
