[Xcb] Cannot compile 1.11.1 for arm hosts

Hi Alex,

Does this still occur when you use the newest code from the git-repos?

You need both, xcb/proto and xcb/libxcb because xcb/libxcb depends on xcb/proto.

I am asking because we are pretty close to making the next official release.
So there's a chance to get this fixed in the next official release. (if this is caused by libxcb somehow)
